Sleep Inn Columbia

Great hotel overall (8.0/10). Stayed 3 nights in March. Very nice room, with new or at least near new carpet. Great to see a property investing in itself, too many these days are going to wooden flooring (not a fan). Everything worked as it should. Comfy bed. Shower is very good, and one where you can actually control the water pressure (generally with a bath/shower combo you can control the temperature whereas the pressure is one-size-fits-all). TV was very good, with scrolling TV guides and lots of channels. Staff were great, Tom at check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was good (for context I'm satisfied with a bowl of cereal or some toast). Parking was good. I would definitely stay again, as for the price paid ($58 total per night) the value for money is tough to beat.

A great room for the price! Quick stop off the interstate. Lots of great places to eat that are open late, for those that are roadtripping late at night. Beth at the front desk was great. Super friendly and helpful. There was quite a line when we walked in, and she gave each guest top-notch customer service. Room itself was comfortable and clean. Room had a musty smell to it, but overall was a great value for what we paid.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom couldve been cleaner. The staff were nice. The hallways did have a weird smell and the people above us sounded like they were jumping off tge dresser to the floor. Decent stay for the price!

This motel was wonderful. It was super clean, so all the rooms were fresh smelling, with none of that's musty leftover smell. There was a lovely breakfast buffet with great selection, and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. I will definitely make it my go to when i'm in columbia.

My honest opinion, we paid about $75 abt a month back to book a room at this place to stay on Jan 2, 2026 for our 5-day road trip from Jersey City - Savannah GA and back. While it is a 2-star (or even a 1.5-star) place, the room was pretty neat and well maintained. Only issue that we had is that the bathroom was much smaller. If you don't expect too much at a place you want to rest, this place is great! On the other hand, the staff at the reception desk was great and friendly to talk to!

Ms. Beth was working so hard early in the morning getting the breakfast ready and running the front counter. She picked up the slack from another shift and was so personable and friendly so early in the morning. A woman of many hats and we appreciated her working so hard for the guests.

There is always room for improvement at any Sleep Inn but, this one was pretty nice. There is a weird smell in the halls; you'll forget about it & your room should smell nice so... I have no clue who helped me check-in (I can't remember) but, Tiffany Davis helped me check-out, told me where I can find my receipt, she gave me 2 bottles of water for me & my coworker when we left. Which we needed due to us being actors. Breakfast is normal, egg, sausage, breads... The water from the breakfast was VERY cold & delicious (I know how exciting but when you stay in as many hotels as I have for work then you know not all water is built the same.) Room can get real cold, thank you! Some hotels have awful air circulation, not this one.
